Photos in Motion: Videography for Photographers
Now that most of our DSLR cameras do such a good job with video, we find ourselves wanting to do more and more videography, but sometimes don‚Äôt know all of the proper techniques to get them to turn out right. ¬†Learn the basics of outdoor videography using your video capable DSLR or point and shoot, including settings, tools, and techniques for capturing and processing basic video using DSLRs. Topics include preparation before a shoot, lens selection, shooting settings, shooting techniques, processing, and post-processing (if time permits).

Things to Know: This class is designed to learn how to use the video settings on a DSLR or P/S camera¬†of shooting video. ¬†A¬†dedicated video-only camera is not required.
What to Bring: DSLR camera capable of shooting video. ¬†LOTS of memory cards and batteries, video eats both quickly. A¬†monopod or tripod is highly recommended.
